It depends on the person and their history! If you have a long history of chronic pain and injury, you will likely need more sessions than someone who has not experienced much chronic pain. Five to eight weekly or bi-weekly sessions are typically recommended to see profound changes. After a period of frequent sessions, it is recommended that you maintain your progress with monthly to quarterly ‘tune up’ sessions.
